Group Pilates classes are run in line with the half term blocks. To secure your spot, I kindly ask for commitment of these blocks. Payment can be made online in full for each term or a monthly direct debit can be set up - please contact me for these details:

For 2025/2026, classes will be run on the following dates:

Spring Term 1 2025
Open: 8th January - 12th of February 2025 (6 x classes)
Closed: 19th February for half term school closure

Spring Term 2 2025
Open: 5th March - 2nd of April 2025 (5 x classes)
Closed: 2 week closure for the Easter school holiday

Summer Term 1 2025
Open: 23rd April - 21st of May 2025 (5 x classes)
Closed: 1 week closure for May half term

Summer Term 2 2025 
Open: 4th June - 23rd of July 2025 (8 x classes)
Closed: 6 weeks closure for Summer Holidays

Autumn Term 1 2025 
Open: 10th September - 22nd of October 2025 (7 x classes)
Closed: 1 week closure for Half Term

Autumn Term 2 2025 
Open: 5th November - 17th of December 2025 (7 x classes)
Closed: 2 weeks closure for Christmas

Group Pilates Class Costs:

• Group Pilates class £10.00 for a full hours session. All equipment is provided.
• Drop in classes are available for £12.50 for a full hours session (depends on availability and are are strictly by appointment)

After an online screening and phone conversation, your session includes a postural assessment and a warm up series, followed by a specific set of exercises to focus on the areas your body the require the most support or if general fitness and strength is your goal, a individually designed programme

One to One Reformer costs:

• 1 x hour One to One Reformer session £50
• 5 x hour One to One Reformer sessions £ 227. Or £45 per session (10% saving)
• 10 x hour One to One Reformer sessions £ 430. Or £43 per session (15% saving)

Cancellation Policy:

I understand life happens so for any one to one appointments, you can cancel 48 hours in advance without any penalties. If cancellation occurs within 48 - 24 hours 50% of the session cost will be withheld, and if after 24 hours 100% of the session cost. Thank you for your understanding x

All new clients require a medical history review and assessment prior to treatment. Treatment can involve a number of techniques, which I will fully communicate with you throughout the session.

Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage Costs:

• New client: £75 for a 75 minute session
• Existing or follow up clients:
  • £60 for a 60 minute session
  • £45 for a 45 minute session

Apologies, I do not offer sessions less than 45 minutes for this bodywork

Integrated Scar Therapy and Product Treatment:

A combination of remedial massage, myofascial release and dedicated scar therapy techniques. Includes self-help guidance for at home.

• New client: £85 for a 75 minute session
• Follow up clients:
  • £70 for a 60 minute session
  • £52 for a 45 minute session
  • £35 for a 30 minute session

Following the initial assessment session we can discuss the best course of treatment, regarding frequency and session length.
