Hips/Glutes are such a vital part of our day to day movement and stability and when they are not functioning quite as they should it can impact the simple things. The following videos are short and focused on steps to release, strethening and stretch out your hips. I hope you enjoy them and start to feel the difference.

This first release is a general approach, assessing and applying a broad technique to both glutes - specifically the rotators - using a tennis ball.  Be brave and focus on any 'tight' bits' using the pressure of the ball.

Following on from Part 1 this next installment takes things down a level working each glute specifically and deeply. It can make your eyes water if the hips are needing a little TLC. Stick at it .

A side lying series of exercises which really gets into the external rotators of the hip. Bands are optional, equally effective without.  Complete one run through on each side or repeat if you feel you can. You will feel this one working!
