Pilates Class and Soft Tissue Timetable

Fitness & Strength Mat Class
A balance of the fundaments of Pilates with more challenging exercises for those who have practiced an amount Pilates or Yoga in the past and would like to progress or are relatively fit and active. Pace will vary but is typically fluid with few intervals. All exercises can be adapted to suit individual preference and skill level.

Clinical & Restorative
A class for beginners, post operative, returning from injury or experience chronic pain. Sessions will be at a slower more moderate pace, building strength up over time, along with joint and core stability principles and overall mobility. This class is suitable for all ages, with all participants needing a pre class review and discussion of medical history and rehab journey to date.
